Vincennes University hosts a health and wellness series from 6-7:15 p.m. Nov. 14 and 21.

Week one will be an introduction to epigenetics and an anti-inflmmatory diet, week two how to support natural energy production, and week three letting go of self-limiting beliefs and supporting a healthy mind.
