To the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana

The following tools, implements, machinery, supplies, materials and equipment are hereby requisitioned for maintenance and repair of county roads and bridges under my supervision.

Quantity: Sheriff's Department 15,000 Gallons or less as required.


Unleaded Regular:

Gasoline must have a Research Octane rating of 89 or more: and R + M rating of 89 or more.

Quantity: Highway Department 5,000 gallons or less as required.

Description: Unleaded Regular: Gasoline must have a research Octane rating of 87 or more, and a R + M rating of 87 or more.

All bids shall be submitted using the State Board of Accounts Form #95.

Bidders shall comply with the Specifications.

The Board of County Commissioners of Gibson County, Indiana reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.


The term of this Bid Contract shall be a fixed price from July 1st, 2017 through December 31st, 2017. Bid price must include all applicable taxes. Bond or Certified check in amount of $1000.00 or more must accompany bid.

Bids must be in Auditor's Office, Courthouse, Princeton, Indiana, by 8:30 a.m., local time on the 19th day of June, 2017. Bid opening will be June 20th, 2017 during the 6:00 p.m. Commissioners' Meeting. Successful bidder to deliver to County Highway storage tanks located at the County Highway Garage, and various points through the county. Sheriff's Department delivery to go to the Gibson County Jail.

Bids must be FIRM price for period of July 1st, 2017 through December 31st, 2017.

All tanks for the Highway Department and its various tanks and the Sheriff's Department must be kept topped off weekly. All fuel must be metered into all County tanks. On all bids for Gasoline and Diesel state, Federal, Excise and State Tax were applicable.
