COUNTY HIGHWAY SUPERVISOR'S

REQUISITION Bid # 2018-06

To the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana.

The following tools, implements, machinery, supplies, materials and equipment are hereby requisitioned for maintenance and repair of county roads and bridges under my supervision.

DESCRIPTION

A. CORRUGATED METAL PIPE & OTHER DRAINAGE

Corrugated metal culvert pipe, 1/2"x2 2/3" corrugations, spiral or corrugated aluminum pipe. If galvanized pipe is bid, please note it will be compared at a 2 gauge differential. Quote unit prices per lineal foot on sizes to include 12" thru 96" diameter, and arch sizes 17"x13" thru 112"x75". Sheet manufacturer certifications must accompany bid. Also structural plate pipe, pipe arches, and arches both steel and aluminum. Quote unit prices per lineal foot assembled and unassembled and delivered as designated by county.

B. Aluminum Box Culvert, Assembled and Unassembled and delivered to jobsite.

C. Steel Guard Rail, Galvanized of 10 and 12 gauge.

D. Structural Plate Bridge Flooring, Corrugations 2" to 6" and 3" to 9" inclusive in gauges of 12, 10 and 7.

E. High Density Polyethylene Culvert Pipe 6" thru 36". All polyethylene pipe must have a smooth interior.

Successful bidder must have representative available to assist county in sizing, and installation of culvert pipe and box culverts.

Items A, B, C, D, and E shall be considered as a unit, with bid to be complete for all items and material to be delivered and unloaded as specified by the county highway supervisor. Quote net prices only. No discounts.

Delivery time and availability of material to be listed and considered as part of bid.

All materials must meet all federal & state highway specifications.

Bond or certified check in amount of $500 or more must accompany bid.

Bid Prices must be firm for a period January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.

CORRUGATED METAL PIPE & OTHER DRAINAGE

Bid must be in Auditor's office, Gibson County Court House, Princeton, IN by 8:30 A.M. (CST) December 4th, 2017.

Bid must be on form #95.

Bid opening December 5th, 2017, during the 8:00 A.M. Meeting.

Detailed specifications for machinery, equipment and materials above requisitioned are hereto attached.
