COUNTY HIGHWAY SUPERVISOR'S
REQUISITION Bid # 2018-01
To the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana.
The following tools, implements, machinery, supplies, materials and equipment are hereby requisitioned for maintenance and repair of county roads and bridges under my supervision.
125,000 Gallons or less as required
for highway department
Off-Road Diesel Premium as follows:
a. Cetane rating of 50+ or more.
b. Pour point of -22 degrees or lower.
c. Sulfur content of no more that 0.25%.
d. Cloud Point of -25 degrees or lower January thru March.
Premium Road Diesel as follows:
a. Cetane rating of 45 or more.
b. Pour point of -20 or lower.
c. Sulfur content of no more that 0.05%.
d. Cloud Point of -25 or lower.
DEF Diesel Exhausted Fluid in Bulk Totes delivered to the Highway Shop.
All bids shall be submitted using the State Board of Accounts Form # 95.
Bidders shall comply with the Specifications.
Bidders may submit bids for any or all categories.
The Board of County Commissioners of Gibson County, Indiana reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
On all bids for Diesel state Federal, Excise and State Tax where applicable.
TERM OF BID CONTRACT
The term of this Bid Contract shall be a fixed price from January 1st, 2018 through June 30th, 2018.
Diesel to be delivered to storage tanks at the Gibson County Highway Department and various tanks located throughout the county supplied by the bidder. ..Johnson by the Co-op, Ft Branch N of Hwy 168 on 125 W, 4222 E 200 N Princeton and 120 E 1st St Hazleton. Bond or certified check in the amount of $5,000.00 or more must accompany bid.
Bids must be in Auditor's Office, Courthouse, Princeton, Indiana, by 8:30 a.m., local time, on the 4th day of December, 2017. Bid opening will be December 5th, 2017 during the 8:00 a.m. Commissioners' Meeting.
Bid must be FIRM price for period of January 1st, 2018 through June 30th, 2018.
All fuel must be metered into all county tanks. All tanks for the Highway Department and Sheriff's Department must be topped off weekly.
Detailed specifications for machinery, equipment and materials above requisitioned are hereto attached.
