LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Variance within the
corporate limits of Haubstadt, Indiana. Pursuant to the Town of Haubstadt Zoning
Ordinance 2007-02 for the following described real estate: BZA No. 001-2018 Applicant: Evan Hipp
Premises: 301 E. Plum Street Haubstadt, Indiana 47639. (Complete legal description on file at Town hall). Nature of Case: Evan Hipp is requesting a variance so he can make an addition to his
outbuilding located behind his office, Hipp Dentistry. This building is located next to the property line at the rear of his property. Adding thisv size of addition next to the property line is contrary to the zoning ordinance which requires a setback.
The petition and other information is on file at Haubstadt Town Hall. The petition has been set for public hearing before the Haubstadt Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday November 12, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Haubstadt Town Hall at 101 S. Main St. Haubstadt, IN 47639. Objections to the petition that are filed with the Zoning Administrator prior to the meeting will be considered. Oral comments concerning the
the petition will be heard at the hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
