SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE

By virtue of a certified copy of a

decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Circuit Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.

26CO 1-161-MF-001709 wherein Caliber Home Loans, Inc. was

Plaintiff, and Douglas Anderson, AKA Douglas D. Anderson and Shelby

Anderson, AKA Shelby J. Anderson were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest

bidder on March 16, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.

Part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 10

West, Patoka Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:

The place of beginning may be found at an iron on the south line of said quarter, quarter, two hundred sixty-four and no hundredths (264.00) feet east of the southwest comer thereof; thence north and parallel to the west line of said quarter, quarter, twenty and no hundredths (20.00) feet to an iron; thence continuing north on same bearing, three hundred ten and no hundredths (310.00) feet to an iron; thence east and parallel to the south line thereof, one hundred thirty-two and no hundredths (132.00) feet to an iron; thence south and parallel to the west line thereof, three hundred ten and no hundredths (310.00) feet to an iron; thence continuing south on same bearing, twenty and no hundredths (20.00) feet to an iron on the

south line of said quarter, quarter thence west and along said south line, one hundred thirty-two and no

hundredths (132.00) feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.0000 acres. Subject to the north half of a county road right of way along the south side thereof.

The above description was taken from a Certificate of Survey made by Harry G. Morrison, Registered Land Surveyor #7961, Court House, Princeton,

Indiana, September 15, 1964.
