26D01-1503-MF-00024 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-EFCI was Plaintiff, and James D. Hart was the Defendant requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on March 16, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriffs Office at 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.
