decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Circuit Court or Gibson County, Indiana, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of December 2017

A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 2 South, Range 8 West, and described as follows: Beginning in the North edge of Division Street at a point 425.25 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot No. 34 in William M. Cockrum's addition to Oakland City, Indiana; thence West along said North edge of Division Street a distance of 80.0 feet: thence deflect 93 degrees 28" right a distance of 123.25 feet to the South right of way line of the Southern Railway Company; thence deflect 65 degrees 24" right along said right of way line a distance of 87.82 feet; thence deflect 114 degrees 36" right a distance of 155.0 feet to the point of beginning, and containing therein 0.26 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale or the above-described real

estate upon the owners, pursuant to the requirements of l.C. 32-29-7-3.
