TO THE OWNERS OFTHE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

By virtue of a certified copy of the decrees to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.26D01-1511-MF-1218 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for the registered holders of Banc of America Commercial Mortgage Inc. Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, acting by and through its special servicer, C-III Asset Management LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company was Plaintiff and the Defendants were FPIN, LLC, et al., requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decrees with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on June 15, 2017 at the hour of I 0:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Gibson County Sheriff's Office, 112 East Emerson Street, Princeton, Indiana 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate located in Princeton County, Indiana:

Part of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty-four (24), Township 2 South, Range 11 West in Gibson County, Indiana, described as follows:

Commencing at an iron rod found marking the Northwest corner of said quarter section; thence-along the West line thereof South 00 degrees 20 minutes 03 seconds East Two Thousand Four and Sixty-five Hundredths (2,004.65) feet (measured) to a Five-eighths (5/8) inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "D.K.LEEK, S0480" (set), said point being the true point of beginning; thence North 88 degrees 42 minutes 04 seconds East Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and Seventy-nine Hundredths (2,690.79) feet (measured) to a Five-eighths (5/8) inch iron rod (found) on the West line of the CSX right-of-way (former L&N Railroad), said point being Forty and Twenty-nine Hundredths (40.29) feet (measured) Northwesterly measured perpendicular from the center line of the existing track, said point also being on a curve to the left, concave to the East, having a central angle of 06 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds and a radius of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-one and Seventy-five Hundredths (2,771.75) feet from which the chord bears South 03 degrees 12 minutes 45 seconds West Three Hundred Sixteen and Twenty-four Hundredths (316.24) feet; thence along said right-of-way along the arc of said curve Three Hundred Sixteen and Forty­ one Hundredths (316.41) feet (measured) to a Five-eighths (5/8) inch rod with plastic cap stamped "D.K.LEEK, S0480" (set); thence continue along said right­of-way line South 00 degrees 03 minutes 28 seconds East Three Hundred Fifty-Six

(356) feet (measured and record) to a Five-eighths (5/8) inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "D.K.LEEK, S0480" (set ), said point being Forty (40) feet West measured perpendicular from the center line of the existing track (a One (1) inch pipe (found) is located Forty-four Hundredths (.44) feet West of the corner set) also the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Two (2) South, Range Eleven (11) West is located Forty (40) feet East of the Five-eighths (5/8) inch iron rod set; thence along the South line of said quarter section South 88 degrees 42 minutes 22 seconds West Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-nine and Fifty Hundredths (2,669.50) feet (measured and record) to an axle found at the Southwest corner of said quarter section; thence along the West line thereof North 00 degrees 20 minutes 03 seconds West Six Hundred Seventy-one and four Hundredths (671.04) feet (measured and record) to the point of beginning.

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 11West of the Second Principal Meridian, Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows.

Commencing at an axle found at the southwest comer of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 24; thence South 85 degrees 07 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 2635.84 feet, along the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 24, to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap stamped "920004" (hereinafter referred to as "rebar"), said "rebar" being the Point of Beginning; thence North 6 degrees 34 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 322.24 feet to a "rebar";thence northeasterly 325.58 feet along a curve to the right, said curving having a radius of 2951.92 feet, a chord length of 325.41feet and chord bearing of North 9 degrees 44 minutes 22 seconds East to a "rebar"; thence South 84 degrees 35 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 35.30 feet to a point on the west right of way line of CSXT railroad; thence southwesterly 326.32 feet along a curve to the left; said curve having a radius of 2916.92 feet, a chord length of 326.15 feet and a chord bearing of South 9 degrees 47 minutes 05 seconds West along said west right of way of CSXT railroad to a point; thence South 6 degrees 34 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 322.24 feet to a point on the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 24; thence North 85 degrees 07 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 35.02 feet, along the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 24, to the Point of Beginning.
