decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.

26C01-1704-MF-638, wherein

Old National Bank was Plaintiff, and Laura Dawn Phillips, as Personal

Representative of the Estate of Janice Colleen Hunt, The State of Indiana through its Department of Revenue and Gibson County Ambulance Service, were the Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of November, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the 112 E. Emerson St., Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in

Gibson County, Indiana:

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 2 South, Range 9 West, and described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the East half of said Quarter Quarter Section and run thence North 660 feet; thence East 198 feet; thence South 660 feet to the South line thereof, to a point 485 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence West 198 feet to the Place of beginning and containing 3 acres, more or less, subject to the right of way of State Road No. 64 through the same.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
