decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.

26D01-1504-MF-26 wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Lisa K. Harbison a/k/a Lisa K. Rosignol a/k/a Lisa K. House was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provide for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th day of November, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 112 East Emerson Street, Princeton, IN

47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.

A part of Lot Number Five (5) in Brownlee's Enlargement to the Town, now City of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning in the South line of said Lot at a point four hundred thirty-seven (437) feet West of the Southeast comer of said Lot and run thence North one hundred forty-eight and one-half ( 148 1/2) feet; thence East forty-four (44) feet; thence South one hundred forty-eight and one-half (148 1/2) feet; thence West forty-four (44) feet to the place of beginning.
