26D01-1510-MF-000980 wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Chad Benjamin Heath, United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development, Hoosier

Accounts Service, Norton Audubon Hospital D/B/A Norton Healthcare ,

Allied Collection Service, Inc.,

Cascade Capital, LLC and State of

Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of March, 2018 at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as is

HENNESSY LS 20200026; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West 170.00 feet to set 5/8 inch iron pin with cap K.J. HENNESSY LS20200026; thence South 00 degrees 40 minutes 39 seconds West 256.23 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.00 acres more or less.
