Begin at a point Four Hundred Thirty-two (432) feet East of a point Thirty (30) feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Fourteen (14), Township Three (3) South, Range Nine (9) West, run thence East One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, thence North One Hundred Fifty (150) feet; thence West One Hundred Fifty (150) feet; thence South One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to the point of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income an profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation of appraisement laws. This Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of the above-described real estate upon the owners, pursuant to requirements of IC 32-29-7-3.
