Sale No. 2017-22

By virtue of a certified copy of a

decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.

26C01-1608-MF-1370, wherein U.S. Bank National Association was Plaintiff, and Darryld F. Cederholm a/k/a Darryld Frederick Cederholm and Becky G. Cederholm a/k/a Becky Gay Cederholm, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16th, day of March, 2017 , at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the 112 E. Emerson St., Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana:

A part of Lot Number 11 in Devin's Enlargement of the Town, now City of Princeton; and ALSO, a part of Lot Number 4 in Brownlee's Enlargement of the Town, now City of Princeton, and all bounded as follows: Begin in the north line of said Lot Number 11 at a point 130 feet east of the northwest corner of said lot and run thence east 60 feet; thence south, 142.5 feet; thence west, 60 feet; thence north 142.5 feet to the place of beginning.

and commonly known as: 415 W Emerson St, Princeton, IN 47670.

Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 26C01-1608-MF-1370 in the Circuit Court of the County of Gibson Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
