Pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-25-4.5, this is notification by publication on real estate sold at tax sale for non-payment of taxes. Notice is hereby given to interested parties, heirs, and unknown heirs of Eric M Helmer. In particular, Jennifer (Allen) Helmer wife, and Christian Helmer and Derek Helmer, children of the deceased. Also, Michael and Karen Helmer, parents of the deceased, and Matthew Helmer, brother; and to all known and unknown heirs and interested parties. The property located at 309 S First Ave, Haubstadt, Indiana, sold at tax sale on October 21, 2016, for non-payment of taxes. All persons of substantial interest are hereby notified:
Petition for tax deed will be filed on or after October 23, 2017, and for a tax deed to be issued after said date. The key description of real property on the certificate of sale:
