New Horizon Oil Company, P. O. Box 22, Olney, IL 62450 has submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas a request to increase the maximum allowable injection pressure and rate for a Class II Enhanced Recovery well being used for the injection of produced brine. This well is located in Sec. 32, Twp. 3S, Rng. 10W in Gibson County, Indiana.

The subject well – Norman Sollman #7 WI, permit #40556 - will be injecting fluid into the Jackson sandstone within the depth interval of 1860 feet to 1868 feet at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 750 pounds per square inch. The maximum allowable injection rate for this well will not exceed 500 barrels per day.

Written comments and objections, a request for a copy of this application or a request for an informal hearing concerning this application must be submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas within 15 days from the publication date of this notice and should be mailed to:
