In accordance with Indiana Administrative Code 312 IAC 25-4-129, Peabody Midwest Mining, LLC, 566 Dickeyville Rd. Lynnville, IN 47619 has filed an application for renewal of permit #S-00301 and associated amendments at the Francisco Mine. The permit area is located as follows. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9; the W ½ of NW ¼, W ½ of SW ¼ of Section 15, Section 16, Section 17, the NE ¼, NW ¼, N ½ of the SE ¼ and N ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, all located in T2S, R9W; and the S ½ of SE ¼ of Section 12, and Section 13 located in T2S, R10W; all the above being located in Gibson County, Indiana. This area can be found on the Francisco and Union USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Map. Property owners within the permit area include:

A complete copy of the permit application is available for public inspection at the Princeton Public Library, 130 South Hart Street, Princeton, Indiana, and with the Division of Reclamation, located 1/4 mile west of Jasonville, Indiana on State Highway 48. .
