The Gibson County Highway Department is requesting bids, (Bid # GCPO-CCMG19), for Hot Mix Asphalt “HMA” overlay of the following county roads: CR50E, CR100E, CR150E, CR1025S, CR150W, CR950S, CR1200E, CR250S, CR200S and Harrison Street.
The County is soliciting bids for a contractor to perform subgrade preparation, milling, hauling, patching, wedging, “HMA” Hot Mix Asphalt paving, shoulder restoration, and striping. for the aforementioned roads. The contractor will be responsible for all utility location and protection, surveying, traffic control, CQA testing, HMA quality control, and safety.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. CDST, on Thursday May 2, 2019, at the Gibson County Highway Department Garage.
Sealed bids must be submitted to: C/O: Gibson County, Gibson County Auditor, Attention Mrs. Sherri Smith, 101 North Main St., Princeton, IN 47670 by 4:00 p.m. CDST, Tuesday May 21, 2019. Sealed bids will be opened at the County Commissioners meeting at 6:00 p.m. CDST, Tuesday May 21, 2019.
