NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26D01-1712-MF-001916, wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Cecil D. Scott, Patricia S. Scott and Occupant(s) of 852 E State St, Princeton, IN 47670, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19th day of July, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at the 112 E. Emerson St., Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana

A part of Lots Numbered 22 and 19 in Smythe & Reavis Enlargement to the Town, now City, of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows: Begin at the southeast corner of said Lot Number 22; and run thence north along the east line of said lots to a point 125 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot Number 19; thence west, 75 feet; thence south parallel with the east line of said lots to the north line of State Street in said City; thence east along the north line of State Street to the place of beginning, EXCEPT THEREFROM the following described tract: Begin at a point 125 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot Number 19 in said Enlargement; and run thence west, 75 feet, thence south, 117.8 feet to the center of a ditch; thence north, 80 degrees 32 minutes east along said ditch 76 feet to the east line of Lot 22 in said Enlargement; thence north, 106.8 feet to the place of beginning. 26-12-08-103-003. 106-028 and commonly known as: 852 E State St, Princeton, IN 47670.

Subject to all liens, encumbrances, rights of redemption, easements and restrictions of record not otherwise foreclosed and extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 26001-1712-MF-001916 in the Superior Court of the County of Gibson Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
