By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.

26C01-1712-MF-001899 wherein DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Laveda Boner and their unknown creditors; and the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Laveda Boner and Matthew Boner, as Possible heir to the Estate of Laveda Boner were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the July 19, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 112 East Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.
