By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 26D01-1804-MF-000517, wherein Heritage State Bank was Plaintiff, and Billie Roberts was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs. I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of October, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, 112 E. Emerson St., Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana:
