By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Circuit Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26C01-1712-MF-001899 wherein DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc. wa Plaintiff, and, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of James Boner and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or person representative of the Estate of Laveda Boner and Matthew Boner, as Possible heir to the Estate of Leveda Boner were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public slae to the highest bidder on December 20, 2018, at the hour of 10:00AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.

The following described real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:

Lot Number 92 and the South half of Lot Number 93, both in the Southside Addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana. Subject to easements and restrictions of record, if any.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
