SHERIFF’S SALE NOTICE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26D01-1805-MF-000606 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the holders of New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-A, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates was Plaintiff, and Rob Winegar, Taunya Winegar, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Med-I Solutions, LLC, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, and were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on October 18, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriffs Office at 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Fstate in Gibson County Indiana.

A part of Lots Number Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Number one (1) in the original plan to the Town, now Oakland and, Indiana, bounded and described as follows: Begin at tile Southwest

corner of said Lot Number Eight (8) and run thence northerly, along the west lines of said lots, fifty-five (55) feet to a point five (5) feet north of the southwest corner of said lot number nine (9); thence easterly, parallel to the south line of said lot number nine (9) one hundred forty (140) feet to the east line of said lot number nine (9); thence southerly, along the east line of said lots, nineteen (19) feet to a point thirty-six (36) feet north of southeast corner of said lot number eight (8); thence westerly, parallel to the south line of said lot number eight (8), seventy-five (75) feet; thence southerly parallel to the east line of said lot number eight (8); thence westerly, along the south line of said lot number eight, sixty-five (65) feet to the place of beginning.
