Notice is hereby given by Petitioner, Diana D. Carpenter, that Petitioner desires to change her birth name from Diana D. Caster to that of Diana D. White. Petitioner's present name of Diana D. Carpenter will remain her married name of Diana D. Carpenter.

Further notice is hereby given that the petitioner's petition for change of name will be heard by the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County Courthouse, Princeton, Indiana, on the 5th day of December, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. The Petition for Change of Name was filed on the 3rd day of October, 2018, in the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County, Princeton, Indiana.

Interested persons have the right to present their views upon said case and will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place. Written communications, petitions and objections by interested persons will be considered provided that the same are filed with or received in the office of the Clerk of Gibson Circuit Court no later than 1:00 o'clock P.M. on the day and date of hearing.
