Part of Lots One Hundred Two (102) and One Hundred Fifteen (115) in the Original Plan of the Town (now City) of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana more particularly described as follows: Beginning in the West boundary line of said Lot One Hundred Two (102) at a point One Hundred Twenty-five and Five Tenths (125.5) feet North of the Southwest corner of said lot and run thence North along the West line of said Lots One Hundred Two (102) and One Hundred Fifteen (115), a distance of Forty-seven (47) feet; thence East a distance of One Hundred Forty-two and Five Tenths (142.5) feet to a public alley; thence South a distance of Forty-seven (47) feet; thence West a distance of One Hundred Forty-two and Five Tenths (142.5) feet to the place of beginning.
