26D01-1409-MF-58 wherein Bayview Loan Servicing. LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company was Plaintiff. and Geneva M. Lanman (Deceased), et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder,on the 16 day of March, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.
