By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26D01-1801-MF-000146 wherein Ditech Financial LLC was Plaintiff, and Fred D. Coomer aka Fred Coomer, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of December, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.

Lot Seventy-three (73) in McKaw Summit Addition to the City of Princeton, as per Plat thereof recorded in Deed File 1, Card 175 in the Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
