NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26D01-1803-MF-000281 wherein Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Zandra L. Schuley, Donna J. Hayes and Treasurer of Gibson County, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale the highest bidder, on the 16th day of August, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Gibson County Sheriff's Department, 112 E. Emerson St., Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.

Lot 12 in Rolling Meadow Subdivision, as per plat thereof, record at Plat Cabinet B, Slide 161, Gibson County Recorder's Office.

Subject to the following:

Easements, rights of way, highways, roadways and building and use restrictions of record.

Existing public highways and roadways.

Prior recorded conveyances, reservations and leases of the coal, oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights and interest underlying the above described real estate. Grantor Corporation does hereby convey to Grantees all of its right, title and interest, if any, in and to the coal, oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights and interest underlying the above described real estate.

Subject to any and all easements and/or restrictions of record.
