Substation explosion

A plume of smoke emanates from a Vectren utility substation on County Road 300 South, between U.S. 41 and County Road 100 West. Thursday around 3:15 p.m. The road was closed to traffic after the explosion and ensuing fire. There were reports of power outages at several businesses in the area and at the traffic signal at the intersection of U.S. 41 and County Road 350 South (Enon Church Road). Princeton Fire Territory was on the scene.
