FRANCISCO — Jack A. Purkiser, 61, of Francisco, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at his home.

He was born Feb. 13, 1956 to Jack and Betty (Heinlin) Purkiser. Jack worked for Enterprise Products for 35 years. He started as a temp mowing grass when the company was known as Texas Eastern. He worked his way up and became area supervisor. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and his granddaughters.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa; sons Jackie (Jennifer) and Jeremy (Misty); grandchildren: Brianna, Kiersten and one on the way; mother Betty Purkiser; sisters Brenda (Dan) Donohoo, Charlet (Ron) Georges, Faye (Paul) Williamson, Laura Brummett, Danita (Bob) Cooper; several nieces anf nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jackie Bruce; and a brother, Stephan.

Visitation will be from 3 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City.
