EVANSVILLE — M. Ann Young, 76, of Evansville and formerly of Princeton, passed away Saturday evening, Feb. 10, 2018 at her home, of natural causes.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Powell Lee and father, William Powell of Princeton; also three brothers Bill Powell, Bob Powell and Johnny Powell; two sisters, Joan Bender and Brenda Deffendall and her son, Tony David Young.

Surviving are three daughters and one son-in-law, Tammy and Patrick Griffith of Iowa, and Vickie Hill and Beth Young both of Evansville; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of her life, and a dinner in her honor at the Oakland City Eagles, 119 E. Washington Street, Oakland City, IN 47660 from 3 – 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018. The family asks that everyone attending, please bring a dish.
