PRINCETON — Sherry L. Gendren, 50, of Princeton, passed away Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017 at St. Vincent Medical Center located in Evansville.

Sherry was born Friday, March 10, 1967 in Gibson County to James William and Ruthanne (Dearing) Bilderback.

Sherry was a lifelong area resident and a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Princeton. Sherry is survived by her mother Ruthanne Antey of Princeton; special friend Jeremy Ames of Mount Carmel, Illinois; son Donny (Erinn) Gendren II of Bloomington; daughter Julisa Gendren of Martinsville; brother Tony Bilderback of Patoka; sister Susan Bilderback of Franklin, Kentucky; and grandchildren Athena Gendren and Amelia Parsons.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jim Bilderback.

The family has entrusted Doyle Funeral Home of Princeton with arrangements.

A Mass of Christian burial is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 410 S. Race St., Princeton, with Rev. Father Brian Emmick officiating.

There will be a time of visitation at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11a.m.

Cremation will follow after the service, with internment of ashes at a later date.

The family suggest memorial be made to Doyle Funeral Home at 520 S. Main St., Princeton, IN. 47670 to be used for funeral expenses.
