NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Patoka, Gibson County, Indiana, that the proper legal officials of the Town of Patoka will meet at the Patoka Town Hall at 6:30 P.M. on October 23, 2019 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget of the current year.
MVH Restricted $10,943.35
Rainy Day $292.70
Community Crossings Fund $50,790.00
Total Appropriation Requested $62,026.05
Taxpayers appealing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations when finally made, will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance. The Department of Local Government Finance will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support appropriations made with (15) days of receipt of Certified Copy of the action take.
