NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

OF REAL ESTATE

By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Gibson Superior Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2019, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Gibson County, in Gibson County, Indiana, located at 112 E. Emerson, Princeton, Indiana 47670 on December 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, to-wit:

A part of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 8 West, Columbia Township, Gibson County, Indiana, and being further described as follows:

Begin a P.K. nail in the west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 2 South, Range 8 West, 238.00 feet North of a sucker rod marking the Southwest comer of the Northwest quarter, Northwest quarter, of Section 29, and from said beginning bear East, parallel to the South line of the North half, of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, a distance of 10 feet to a 1/2 inch iron set, thence measure in the same direction, a distance of 228.03 feet to a sucker rod; thence bear North, parallel to the above said West line, of Section 29, a distance of 183.00 feet to a 112 inch iron set; thence bear West, parallel to the above said South line in an old existing fence, a distance of 228.03 feet, to a 1/2 inch pipe found; thence measure in the same direction a distance of 10 feet to a window weight found in above said West line of Section 29; thence bear South, along said west line, 183.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.00 acres, but subject to the East half of a Public Record R/W along the West boundary of the above described tract.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of lndiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).

It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Gibson County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.

Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
