By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana in Cause No. 26D01-1812-MF-001922 wherein Fifth Third Bank was Plaintiff and James C. Elliott aka James Carl Elliott, et al were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of June, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as possible, at Gibson County Sheriff's Office, 112 E. Emerson Street, Princeton, Indiana 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.
