By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the Gibson Superior Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2019, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the office of the Sheriff of Gibson County, in Gibson County, Indiana, located at 112 E. Emerson, Princeton , Indiana 47670 on Nov 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM Local Time, the fee simple title together with the rents, profits, issues and income or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Gibson County , Indiana, to-wit:

A West part of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 9, Township 3 South, Range 10 West and further described as follows: Begin at a railroad spike on the West line of the Northeast quarter, Southwest quarter of Section 9, Township 3 South, Range 10 West, 206.25 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Quarter Quarter Section and from said Beginning point, run thence East parallel to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section for 20 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence continue along said same course East for 180 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence run South parallel to said West line for 100 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence run West parallel to said North line for 180 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence continue West for a 20 feet to a railroad spike in the West line; thence run North I 00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.459 of an acre, Gibson County, Indiana.

This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged premises and repealing all laws conflicting therewith (see Indiana Code).

It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the undersigned, Sheriff of Gibson County, a deed conveying to him, the purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.

Taken as the property of the Defendant( s) stated above at the suit of Bank of America , N.A .. Said sale to be without relief from valuation and/or appraisement laws.
