By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26D01-1809-MF-001508 wherein LoanCare, LLC was Plaintiff, and Robyn N. Keown aka Robyn N. Teter, et. al was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19 day of Nov, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 112 East Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.
