NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Gibson Superior Court of Gibson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 26D01-1903-MF-000395 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Taylor D. Mellor and Sarah N. Mellor were Defendants, required me to make the sum as proficed for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15 day of August, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 112 East Emerson Street, Princeton, IN 47670, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Gibson County, Indiana.

Part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 1 South, Range 11 West in the Gibson County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron on the east line four hundred and no hundredths (400.00) feet north of an iron marking the southeast corner of said half quarter section; thence west and perpendicular to said east line one hundred seventy-four and twenty-four hundredths (174.24) feet to an iron; thence north and parallel to said east line two hundred twenty-four hundredths (174.24) feet to an iron on said east line; thence south along said east line two hundred fifty and no hundredths (250.00) feet to an iron at the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acres, more or less; TOGETHER WITH an 8 foot wide water line easement 4 feet each side of the following described center line: Commencing at an iron marking the southeast corner of said half quarter section; thence north along the east line of said half quarter section four hundred and no hundredths (400.00) feet to an iron; thence west and perpendicular to said east line one hundred seventy-four and twenty-four hundredths (174.24) feet to an iron; thence north and parallel to said east line thirty-two and eleven hundredths (32.11) feet to the initial point of beginning of the following described real estate; thence south 48 degrees 34 minutes 42 seconds west eighty-one and twenty-six hundredths (81.26) feet to an iron; thence north 53 degrees 24 minutes 31 seconds west one hundred eighty and sixty-one hundredths (180.61) feet to an iron; thence north 87 degrees 29 minutes 03 seconds west three hundred seven and seventy-eight hundredths (307.78) feet to an iron; thence south thirty-five and no hundredths (35.00) feet to the terminus of said center line.
