Details for The City of Princeton is considering bids to enter into

The City of Princeton is considering bids to enter into a contract with the City for either general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, or both. As already mentioned, if interested, you can submit sealed bids on one or both of the coverages.

The specifications of the type of policies sought are the same (or close thereto) as the City's existing policies. You may obtain the specifics by contacting the Clerk-Treasurer's Office at 812.385.3283. It is the City's intention for all bidders to submit quotes for comparable policies / coverage amounts.

If you elect to place a bid on one or both of the coverage areas (general liability and workers' compensa tion), you should submit a sealed bid via one of three ways: (I) in person to the Clerk- Treasurer during regular business hours, (2) via mail (note that the bid package must be received on or prior to the dead

line), or (3) in person at the time of the opening of the bids, which will be Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. by the City's Board of Works.

The City reserves the right to reject all bids. hspaxlp
