PRINCETON — Gibson County Soil and Water Conservation District hosts a free Women's Conservation Learning Circle from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, at the GCSWCD service center, 229 South Second Avenue, Princeton.

The event is a women-only program for landowners and producers, opening with light refreshments and an informal peer-to-peer discussion about individual land stewardship goals.

Professional female conservationists are available to facilitate discussions and share information on conservation practices, including pollinator habitat, wildlife habitat and soil health.

A field visit to a pollinator planting follows the discussion. Participants are encouraged to carpool to the site, which is a short distance from the office.

Make reservation by phoning 812-385-5033.
