Criminal misdemeanor and felony cases concluded last week in Gibson Circuit and Gibson Superior Courts:
• Isaiah Wilmont, Cincinnati, Ohio, pleads guilty in Gibson Circuit Court to a class B misdemeanor count of false informing, sentenced to four days in jail, ordered to pay fines and costs of $186.
• Jordan Embrey, Mount Vernon, pleads guilty in Gibson Superior Court to class A misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. Sentenced to 360 days probation, referred to counseling, ordered to complete subsance abuse evaluation, license suspended for 90 days, and ordered to pay fines and costs of $395.50.
• Domenic Migliarese, Mount Carmel, Illinois, pleads guilty in Gibson Superior Court to class A misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Sentenced to 120 days in jail, probation on prior conviction for invasion of privacy revoked and ordered to serve that 358-day sentence consecutive to the new count.
• Chelsie Robb, Princeton, pleads guilty in Gibson Superior Court to level 6 felony counts of operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic offender, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within seven years, class B misdemeanor counts of inhaling toxic vapors, criminal recklessness, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief. Sentenced to 770 days in state prison, license suspended, ordered to pay fines and costs of $255.50
