PRINCETON — Fred D. Coomer, 75, of Princeton, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021.

He was born in Princeton, Sunday, March 11, 1945, to Harold Dale and Mildred (Cox) Coomer, both of whom have preceded.

Mr. Coomer is a lifelong area resident and was retired from the City of Princeton. He attended Our Savior Lutheran Church of Princeton and was also a member of the Princeton Moose Lodge 354.

Survivors include his son, Rodney Coomer of Princeton; daughter, Pamela Coomer of Vincennes; and sister Irene Williams of Princeton; along with grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Per Mr. Coomer’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be a time of visitation on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Doyle Funeral Home located at 520 S. Main St. in Princeton, with a graveside service with burial of ashes to be scheduled at a later date.

Doyle Funeral Home has the honor of having charge of the arrangements for the Coomer family.
