PRINCETON — James “Jimbo” W. Mason, 56, of Princeton, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.
He was born Oct. 21, 1964, in West Palm Beach, Florida to Minor Willard and Linda (Fourthman) Mason.
He had lived in Princeton most of his life after moving from Florida. He had been an operator at Holzmeyer Die and Mold Manufacturing for 23 years. He loved to laugh and was known as a prankster. He is survived by his wife of almost 12 years, Mary (Greenwood) Mason; children, Autumn Jackson (Charlie), Dwain Dyer (Lexi), Thomas Mason and Katie Mason; siblings, Katrina Mason, Victoria Terry (Ferren) and Laketia Parvin; grandchild, John Jackson; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and his grand fur baby, Rocky Dyer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Regina Mason; and brothers, Denny and Joe Mason.
The family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
The family extends a special thank you to Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville for their care of Jimbo.
