OAKLAND CITY — Kelly Jo Vidal age 51, of Oakland City, went to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020 surrounded by her family.

Kelly was born Saturday, Nov. 9, 1968 in Evansville, to Robert “Bob” and Pamela Carlton Walton. She was a life long area resident and worked at Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Indiana for over 16 years, most recently in the Human Resource department.

She leaves behind her parents Pamela and Tommy Thompson of Oakland City; son Matthew Vidal of Oakland City; boyfriend, Chris Risley also of Oakland City; sisters Dawn ( Jonathan) Russell of Brooklyn, Sonia (Jarrod) Shoultz of Petersburg and Mandy (Josh) Vickers of Winslow; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert “Bob” Walton.

A Celebration of Life service is at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020 at Doyle Funeral Home located at 520 S. Main St in Princeton, IN 47670 with Pastor Brad Feldmeier officiating.

There will be a time to visit with the family from 3 p.m. until time of service at 5 p.m.
