WINSLOW — Jackie L. “Jack” Deen, 85, of Winslow, died Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville.

He was born Aug. 22, 1934, in Petersburg, to Osgul and Cleofis (Miley) Deen.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Velasta Morris, Pansy Richardson, Sue Vinyard and Janet Bullock; brothers Forrest Deen, Carl Deen and Jim Deen.

He was member of Winslow Church of the Nazarene.

He is survived by his wife; Virginia A. (Masters) Deen, his children Julie Hedrick of Evansville, Michael Deen of Princeton, and Robin (Keith) McQueen of Vista, California; brothers Thomas Deen and John Deen of Winslow; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at noon Oakland City time, Saturday Aug. 1, 2020, at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. His brother Thomas Deen will be officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. (Oakland City Time) until service on Saturday at the chapel.
