HAUBSTADT — Phillip E. Market, 62, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020, at his home in Haubstadt.

He lived his lifetime in Haubstadt and was born Jan. 11, 1958, in Princeton to Frank Market and Sue (Fine) Beasley.

He was a supervisor at W. B. Koester for 40 years.

Phillip was a lifetime member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and also a member of Knights of Columbus 2215 and Knights of St. John 345.

He enjoyed racing, hunting artifacts, loved animals, Indiana University sports and spending time with his many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jim.

Phillip is survived by his wife of 24 years Lisa (Hadley), his mother Sue Beasley and one brother Mick both of Princeton; mother-in-law, Shelba (Chuck) Lawrence also of Princeton; sister-in-law, Tammy Sexton of Elberfeld, his loving dog Sadie, as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with burial following in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Wade Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, those attending are required to were a mask and maintain social distancing during the visitation and funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gibson County Animal Shelter.
