OAKLAND CITY -- Carter Creedon and Paxton Schwomeyer has taken turns leading the Wood Memorial boys golf team throughout this season.
But the Trojans had another golfer at the top of the leaderboard on Monday.
Yogi Bottoms joined Schwomeyer as low medalists to help Wood Memorial to a win at the Oakland City Golf Club.
Bottoms carded his first round in the 30's with a 4-over-par 39 as the Trojans finished with a team score of 158.
Southridge was 11 strokes off the pace set by the Trojans, while Washington Catholic (181) and Tecumseh (198) rounded out the team scores. South Spencer did not have a complete team.
Southridge's Coby Reller tied Bottoms and Schwomeyer for low medalist honors.
Bottoms fired a birdie on the 500-yard Par 5 first hole and went on to par the next four holes.
Carter Creedon and Jalen Doerner rounded out the scoring for the Trojans with a pair of 40's.
Dylan Frederick and Justin Strickland also shot nine holes on Monday and finished with a 46 and 47, respectively.
The Trojans had a dual match with Vincennes Lincoln on Tuesday.
